The Dead Kennedys may have started over 45 years ago, but their razor sharp surf punk still rings true.
Recently, guitarist East Bay Ray announced on Facebook that he’s completed a remastering job on the band’s early albums and singles. Sourced from the original analog tapes, Ray says spruced up vinyl should be out “this fall.” WASTOIDS will update this story with more info as it becomes available.
Though famous vocalist Jello Biafra no longer performs with the band, the DKs are active and touring, performing this September in Australia and New Zealand on the Give Me Dystopia or Give Me Death tour.
