Minimalist post punk N8NOFACE has announced his debut for Stones Throw: As of Right Now, out July 11th. The announcement comes with a new single, the New Order and Depeche Mode-tinged “Everything We Thought We Knew.”
Produced by Chico Mann, a founding member of Antibalas and Here Lies Man, the new album is full of personal reflections.
While much of the Tucson-raised, Los Angeles-based artist’s early work documented the street level realities of drug cartels on the border, the record finds him sharing personal stories and reflections. N8NOFACE will also stage a huge Devil’s Night celebration October 30th at the El Ray in Los Angeles.
