Reporting from his dusty attic in Argentina, the wolfman Salvador Cresta is back with artist, musician, and liquid vinyl wizard Curtis Godino. From his Pink Floyd-inspired psychedelic band Worthless to his girl group The Midnight Wishers, from his artwork for The Color Green to his viscous liquid-filled vinyl for soundtracks like Friday the 13th and a ‘xenomorph blood’ edition of the Aliens score, Godino brings old-school creativity to a scene too often bereft of such pure strangeness.
“It’s a horrible way to go about making music if you want to do the ‘music’ [business] thing; it’s a really good way to go about it if you just want to fool around with your friends and make fake worlds.” Amen!
