Arizona’s Superstition Mountains are known for their arcane lore…tales of portals, lizard people, and other strange dark forces abound. From this haunted mountain range emerges…Arizona death metallers Gatecreeper. Last year, the band released their third album, Dark Superstition, produced by Kurt Ballou of Converge, and now they’ve released a new video for “Mistaken For Dead,” filmed right here at 850 W. Lincoln. Shot by Logan Salem, Trenton Woods, and the Creeper Crew, edited by Seth Ponzo, and featuring set design by Chase H. Mason, McKenna Fraga, and Sanford Worth, it’s a lo-fi triumph, and it foretells future collaborations between Gatecreeper and WASTOIDS.
